Shipping

  • Ashby's Online reserves the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed.
  • Orders are shipped from Dallas TX, 75236.

 

 

Warranty/Returns Information


  • Warranty inforamtion is listed in the copy block on each product that carries an extended warranty. 
  • A complete copy of any warranty will be sent on request. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope and specify item #. 
  • If no warranty is mentioned, and if you are not happy with quality, workmanship, or materials, return in unused condition in origional carton for replacement or exchange for other merchandise. 
  • NO REFUNDS are given by Ashby's Online.  Only Exchanges, Replacements, or Credits. 
    • A 15% restocking fee will apply for items that recieve a credit.
